This month, highlights include the exciting curatorial project "the Assistant" #1 @ BEARSPACE, David Webb's paintings @ ARCH Gallery, the futuristic "Micheal O'Mahony: 2010" @ Utrophia and of course the Old Police Station will be open very late hosting the notorious Dirty Cop After Party. As the month draws to a close, please come and join us in Deptford for an evening to remember. With all the galleries in the area throwing open their doors until late in the evening, you can take your pick from a variety of venues, showing a diverse range of fantastic work. This month there are some great things happening. APT Gallery are hosting The Deadly Rhythm Soundsystem Event from 7pm until 10pm, in conjunction with their new exhibition by photographer Peter Anderson and BEARSPACE present MECHA, an innovative metal plate etching exhibition by Korean artist Seung Pyo Hong. The Agency Gallery is running a special event with live performances and talks, and of course the Old Poilce Station will be hosting the notorious Dirty Cop After Party till late. The Next Deptford Last Fridays

26th March 2010 - 6.30 till late...

Last month we saw hundreds flock to Deptford yet again, our late night openings featuring many previews and exciting shows within our creative hub. This months Deptford Last Fridays will not disappoint. With many venues to visit, take your pick or visit as many as you can from 6.30pm onwards. Perhaps the new exhibition curated by Wayne Lucas at APT Gallery, Prognostic Bridewell, or a trip to The Lewisham Art House to see Cinetopia takes your fancy. BEARSPACE will be showing PRINT NOW, an innovative selection of prints and repetitions, with ARCH just around the corner housing gallery director Paul Marks' new installation, TRANCE. With many venues throwing open their doors late into the evening, the choice is yours. Finish the night by wandering over to the notorious Dirty Cop Party at The Old Police Station, where there is promise of music, drinks, dancing and mischief.

The next Deptford Last Friday is sure to be yet another amazing night. Last month we had over 500 visitors to the galleries and studios in the area and, with more shows and openings this month, please come and join in the fun. With openings of Print Now @ Bearspace and Jack Duplock @ The Agency Gallery, and a final chance to see Nicholas Middleton @ ARCH Gallery, it is not to be missed. Lewisham Art House and Narrative Arts Studio will also be open, the evening then culminating in the notoriously exciting Dirty Cop After Party @ The Old Police Station, starting 8.30pm and running till late....
